The Corporate Streams "Bulletproof" Promise

We don’t believe in "99%." In live broadcasting, you are either on air, or you aren't.

Most AV companies hide behind complex legal clauses to protect themselves when things go wrong. We don't.

We built our Flawless Production Suite with redundant internet, backup power, and fail-safe audio because we know that when your CEO is speaking, there is no second take. To prove our confidence, we offer two specific guarantees.

1. The "No-Fail" Broadcast Guarantee

(Financial Protection)

We take full responsibility for the technical transmission of your event.

The Promise: If a catastrophic technical failure occurs due to our error (defined as audio loss, stream crash, or video failure lasting longer than 30 seconds), we will produce your next quarterly event of equal scope 100% FREE.

  • Why this protects you: It aligns our incentives perfectly. We are motivated to be flawless today so we don't have to work for free tomorrow.

  • No "weasel words": If we drop the ball on the broadcast, we pick up the tab for the next one.

2. The "CEO-Ready" Polish Guarantee

(Reputation Protection)

We know that looking professional in the archive is just as important as staying online during the stream.

The Promise: If your executive team is not delighted with the look and sound of their post-event recordings, we will provide unlimited professional re-edits at no extra cost until they are 100% satisfied.

  • We fix the lighting.

  • We smooth the audio.

  • We make them look their absolute best.

The Partnership Protocol

To maintain this level of certainty, we operate as partners, not just vendors. These guarantees apply when the following protocols are met:

  1. The Rehearsal: Primary stakeholders/speakers must participate in the scheduled Technical Rehearsal. (We can’t guarantee polish if we haven't seen the speaker).

  2. The Assets: Final Run of Show and graphical assets must be provided 48 hours prior to the event. (This allows us to program our backup systems).

  3. The Environment: Failures caused by "Force Majeure" (building power failure, fire alarms, or client-provided internet failure if our cellular backup is refused) are excluded. (You are only liable for what you control).

You handle the message. We handle the rest. Guaranteed.
