If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please let us know immediately so we can address the issue.
Please note that our guarantee is subject to the following stipulations:
The production must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
The client must provide a detailed brief outlining their requirements.
At least 1 full rehearsal must be conducted with the presenter(s) from start to finish.
A run of show must be produced and given to the Corporate Streams team 7 days before the start of rehearsal.
All assets must be in their finished form and in the hands of the Corporate Streams team 48 hours before the start of rehearsal.
The client must provide all necessary assets and facilities on the day of the event.
Any delays or issues caused by the client will not be covered by our guarantee.
